Lee Milstead is a licensed real estate professional in Baldwin County, AL, serving the Alabama Gulf Coast. She has joined forces with her husband David Milstead with Milstead & Associates, who has over 20 years of experience in real estate, specializing in commercial real estate as well as residential sales. Lee’s creative insight and commercial real estate knowledge gives her a definite edge in identifying and meeting her clients’ needs.

Lee is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Development and completed her masters work at Oglethorpe College in Atlanta, GA. She has taught both elementary education and early childhood education, most recently at Bayside Academy in Daphne. This education experience has makes her the perfect person to explain, step by step, the home buying or selling process.

With an eye for home design, Lee has also worked independently with interior decorators, specializing in decorative finishes, murals and painted furniture. She enjoys working with black and white film, wedding and outdoor life portraits, as well as painting large coastal scenes in oils and acrylics. Many of her paintings can be found locally at The Garage Studio in Point Clear.

Embracing her life on the Gulf Coast with her husband and son, Lee is often found on the water, fishing and boating. Her community is very important to her and she hosts prayer group meetings on her porch,  works with Samaritan’s Purse, and supports the Konbit Haiti Ministry run by local missionaries.
